Itinerary

Upon your arrival at Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi, you will be greeted by our dedicated airport facilitation staff, holding a placard with your name in the visitors’ arrival hall. Our team will extend a warm welcome and assist you with all necessary formalities before escorting you to your hotel in a comfortable, private transfer.

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight to Srinagar, the heart of the Kashmir Valley.

Upon arrival, our facilitation staff will greet you and assist with your transfer to a luxurious houseboat, where you will experience the unique charm of staying on the serene Dal Lake.

Half-Day Tour of the World-Famous Mughal Gardens

Nishat Bagh – Known as the “Garden of Bliss,” this breathtaking terraced garden overlooks Dal Lake with the Zabarwan Mountains as its backdrop. Built in 1633 by Asif Khan, the elder brother of Empress Nur Jahan, Nishat Bagh offers a stunning view of the Pir Panjal mountain range in the distance.

Shalimar Bagh – Often called the “Crown of Srinagar”, Shalimar Bagh is a masterpiece of Mughal landscape design. Originally built in 1619 by Emperor Jahangir for his beloved wife, Empress Nur Jahan, this garden exudes romance and royalty.

Cheshma Shahi – Also known as the “Royal Spring”, this exquisite garden was laid out in 1632 by Ali Mardan, a governor of Emperor Shah Jahan. Located in the Zabarwan Range, it offers a spectacular view of Dal Lake and is famous for its natural spring with mineral-rich water believed to have medicinal properties.

Evening Shikara Ride on Dal Lake

As the sun sets, embark on a magical Shikara (wooden boat) ride on the serene Dal Lake for up to one hour. Glide through the peaceful waters, passing floating gardens and vibrant markets, while soaking in the enchanting beauty of Kashmir’s most iconic lake.

After breakfast, embark on a scenic excursion to Gulmarg, located 52 km southeast of Srinagar at an altitude of 2,730 meters above sea level.

Summer in Gulmarg – The lush meadows come alive with a vibrant bloom of wildflowers, offering breathtaking landscapes perfect for nature lovers and photographers.

Winter in Gulmarg – The snow-covered slopes transform into a world-class ski resort, attracting adventure enthusiasts from across the globe.

Gulmarg Gondola – A Ride to the Heights of Adventure

The Gulmarg Gondola is one of the highest and longest cable cars in the world, offering stunning panoramic views of the Himalayan ranges, the Pir Panjal mountains, and even the Line of Control (LOC).

  • Phase 1: Takes you from Gulmarg Resort to Kongdoori Station at 3,100 meters, offering access to gentle ski runs.
  • Phase 2: Ascends further to Apharwat Peak at nearly 4,000 meters, where you can trek for about 30 minutes to the mountaintop for awe-inspiring views of Nanda Devi and the LOC.

  • Pony Ride (April – November): Explore the scenic pine-clad slopes on horseback.

Return to Srinagar

After an exhilarating day in Gulmarg, return to Srinagar in the evening.

Avantipur Ruins – Explore the ancient ruins of a 9th-century Hindu temple, built by King Avantivarman.

Pony Ride to Baisaran Valley – Mini Switzerland of Kashmir (Optional, on Direct Payment Basis)
Take a pony ride to Baisaran Valley, just 5 km from Pahalgam, a mesmerizing meadow surrounded by dense pine forests and snowcapped peaks. Often called “Mini Switzerland,” this offbeat paradise is perfect for nature lovers and trekkers.
