Embarkation & disembarkation

The point of embarkation and disembarkation for the specific journeys is as follows:

Day 1 Sunday                             DELHI / JAIPUR

Assemble at the Delhi Safdarjung Railway Station. Traditional Welcome and check – in to your respective cabins. Departure of the train for Jaipur. Breakfast on board the Train. Lunch on-board. Arrive at Durgapura Railway Station (Jaipur). Disembark the Train, assemble for boarding the Buses for transfer to Hotel at Jaipur. Check-in at Hotel Proceed to Visit Observatory. Proceed for Choki Dhani for traditional dinner and cultural activities. Overnight stay at the Hotel (Jaipur).

Day 2 Monday                             JAIPUR

Breakfast at the hotel. Check Out and assemble for boarding the Buses for Sightseeing of Amber Fort and City Palace. Lunch at hotel. Time for local shopping. Return to Train at Durgapura/Kanakpura Railway Station (Jaipur). Arrival at Railway Station and board the Train Dinner on board. Proceed to Agra.

Day 3 Tuesday                           AGRA

Arrive at Agra Cantt. Railway Station. Breakfast onboard the train. Proceed to visit Taj Mahal. Lunch at hotel. Afternoon visit Agra Fort. Return back to Train at Idgah/Agra Cantt. Railway Station (in Agra). Dinner onboard. Proceed to Khajuraho.

Day 4 Wednesday                      KHAJURAHO

Arrive at Khajuraho Railway Station. Breakfast onboard the Train. Disembark the train, assemble for boarding the Buses and proceed for sightseeing of Khajuraho temples (Western Group of Temples). Check In Hotel. Room for day use. Lunch at a hotel. Return to Train to Khajuraho Railway Station. Departure for Varanasi. Dinner onboard, overnight Train Journey.

Day 5 Thursday                          VARANASI

Arrive at Varanasi Railway Station. Breakfast Onboard Disembark the train and proceed to visit Sarnath for sightseeing of Dhamekh Stupa, Sarnath Museum and Ashokan Pillar. Check-in at Hotel for Lunch, wash and change rooms Visit River Ganges Ghat. Enjoy Boat Ride on River Ganges and witness the grand evening Aarti. Dinner at Hotel. Return to the Railway Station. Proceed to New Delhi.

Day 6 Friday                               DELHI

Breakfast Onboard. Lunch Onboard. Arrival at Delhi Safdarjung Railway Station.

Important Note

All rates are on per person per journey on twin sharing basis.

 Surcharge:

1. USD 150 Per Pax for confirmed 2 berth cabins in AC 1st Class for Full/Partial Tour.
2. USD 150 Per Pax for single occupancy in hotel for entire tour or USD 50 per night.
3. USD 580 Per Pax (full / partial) would be applicable for confirmed allocation of one lower berth only in a 2-seater first class cabin. Upper berth would not be allocated to another passenger.
4. USD 580 Per Pax (full / partial) would be applicable for confirmed allocation of two lower berths only in a 4-seater first class cabin. Two upper berths would not be allocated to other passengers. 

The above Tariff is subject to change without notice or amendment in the routing, itineraries, inclusions etc.   

GST is subject to change as per the government of India directives.

FIT/GIT Bookings:

Up to 45 Days prior to scheduled day of departure: 25% of the package cost at the time of confirming the booking along with names.

Balance payment at least 31 days prior to the scheduled day of departure: i.e. 75% of the package cost.

• Day Use Rooms at Jaipur in 3-4-star hotels.
• Road Transport by AC Deluxe coaches as per the itinerary.
• Visit monuments and locations as per itinerary.
• Jeep ride at Amber Fort and Camel cart ride at Sam Dunes etc.
• Meals as per the itinerary.
• Services of Tour Manager – IRCTC Officials available at all times on tour.
• Services of language speaking tour guides.
• Entrance fee of monuments / locations as per itinerary.
• Travel Insurance.

The Package price does not include:

• India visa fees
• Items of personal nature, e.g. Laundry, Medicine, Alcoholic drinks etc.
• Road Transfers to and from Delhi-Safdarjung Railway Station.
• Hotel stay in Delhi before & after the trip, air ticket charges etc.
• Fees for Still/ Flash Video camera at the monuments and other places.
• Any other services not mentioned in Package Price
