Cancellation terms follow resort policy per booking — usually 21–45 days out for standard bookings, 60+ days for peak seasons. We surface exact cancellation deadlines at time of confirmation and send a two-week reminder. Refunds are processed to the agent's registered account within 10 working days of resort settlement.
