By accessing or using the services of Incredible Luxury Holidays ("ILH", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not engage our services. These terms apply to all clients, travel agents, and B2B partners.
Incredible Luxury Holidays is a Destination Management Company (DMC) offering bespoke luxury travel services including but not limited to:
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit and written confirmation from ILH. A booking confirmation issued by ILH constitutes a binding agreement between the client (or travel agent) and ILH.
B2B partners and travel agents must submit booking requests via the portal or by contacting our team directly. Verbal commitments are not binding.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. The following refund schedule applies based on the number of days prior to the travel date:
Please note that certain hotels and resorts operate under their own independent cancellation and refund policies, which may differ from the above. It is strongly advisable to confirm the applicable refund policy of your specific property before making any payment.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 15 business days via the original payment method. ILH is not responsible for cancellation fees imposed by airlines, hotels, or third-party vendors.
Any changes to confirmed bookings (dates, hotels, services) requested by the client after confirmation will be subject to availability and may incur amendment fees. ILH reserves the right to modify itineraries due to operational requirements, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control, and will make every reasonable effort to provide alternatives of equivalent or higher standard.
ILH acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, transport companies, and other service providers. While we exercise due care in selecting our partners, ILH is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or expense arising from the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers.
ILH's total liability, in any circumstance, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
It is the client's responsibility to ensure possession of valid travel documents including passports, visas, health certificates, and any other entry requirements for the destination(s) visited. ILH can provide general guidance on visa requirements but accepts no liability for visa refusals or denied entry.
ILH strongly recommends that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and personal liability prior to travel. ILH does not provide travel insurance and is not liable for losses that would have been covered by insurance.
ILH shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance of any obligation under these terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, civil unrest, strikes, or other force majeure events. In such cases, ILH will work to rebook or provide credits, but refunds may be subject to third-party supplier policies.
All content on this website and portal — including text, images, itineraries, pricing, and branding — is the intellectual property of Incredible Luxury Holidays and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
